Fred responded quickly to my email about the problem that we were having--animal(s) that have been getting into our crawl space. Then he arrived on time, assessed the problem that we were having, suggested a solution at a reasonable price and finished the job without delay or extra cost despite finding a structural complication under our deck that needed to be worked around.
