This is Vinny from Critter Stoppers We received a call from Mrs. Alicia 4 months ago for a dead animal in the wall. After inspection I informed her the only way to remove the dead animal was to open the wall. She didn't want to do that at the time. But she did want to trap and seal here home. So we did that part of the job which came with a one year renewable and transferable guarantee. I have been out to that home over 15 times.after the sealing. The homeowner kept saying there still a smell. after the 3 visits I explained we need to get into the wall, she agreed. We opened the wall upon on the bottom only she didn't want to open up the top of the wall 2 openings we removed about 10 old dead carcasses and one new mouse. I explained they are getting in from under the outside siding. She didn't want me to remove the siding to get to the entry area. So I put a piece of metal under it. That didn't work. So being that she didn't want me to remove the siding I explained she needed to hire a siding guy. She got mad and explained she wanted a second opinion. I understood. So instead she hired another company looking at the pictures I see they cut holes on the top of the wall like originally wanted to do. That was 3 or 4 days ago I have taken calls in the middle of the night and on Sundays and also Easter Sunday from this customer. I have been out every time she requested. I have been living up to my guarantee. I can't understand how she can claim another company has solved the problem in one or 2 visits is questionable. I stand by my reputation and take this very seriously and want to keep my customers as satisfied as possible.
