And with the photos in hand, Serghi came and found and solved the problem with Samsung Washer - by dismantling the pump that was stuck and looked like it might need to be replaced. He found a small piece of plastic jamming the pump and had the washer working and completely reassembled in one visit. I was so pleased I asked them to have Serhi return the following week to repair the companion Samsung Dryer that was making intermittent noise when drying. Again Serhi knew just what to do to completely dismantle the dryer and to recover the dime that was creating the rub and replacing the worn drive wheel - with the part he brought knowing what was the likely problem. Again, truly professional service.
