Maksim came when he estimated, same day, to assess our freezer malfunction. He was respectful and understood that we needed the repair asap. Figured out problem. Gave estimate, ordered parts to be shipped overnight, came back next day at the exact time he said he would and fixed it. Did not have to throw away any food. Grateful he was available with such short notice.

Maksim was prompt, courteous, effective, professional, and friendly! My Thermador built-in refrigerator had stopped working. Maksim arrived within two hours of my texting him. He took my washer apart, discovered the problem, explained it to me, and showed me on his cellphone the cost of repairing it—which he advised against doing. (I took his advice!) The next time I need an appliance repaired, I plan to call him first.
