My dishwasher had been glitching and then just gave out, wouldn’t turn on. Jean was able to diagnose the problem after a thorough inspection. He had the necessary electronic part on hand and was able to repair during the same visit. He explained the work and showed me that it was up and running before he left. Would call him again, and highly recommend!

I was out of town when our tenants reported that their oven would not start. I found J.Jean Appliance on Thumbtack and arranged to replace the oven igniter. The entire process was super smooth and efficient. Jean confirmed a time to come to the house and I arranged with our tenants to let them in. The job was done in about 15 mins! Fantastic (and was a relief for me)!

J. Jean was able to identify the issue with my washer and gave me a quote for replacing a part, which isn’t readily available since my washer is 24 years old. He also did maintenance work on it so that I am able to use my washer until I can purchase a new one. J. Jean also took a look at my refrigerator while he was here which I really appreciated. He was courteous and professional.
