We had an excellent experience with InTech services, and particular with their technician, Anthony. Anthony arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and broke down the cost of parts and repair. The parts arrived earlier than expected, he notified us and was able to immediately come out and complete the project. I am pleased to report that my old washing machine is now humming like a new machine. We would definitely use InTech Professional Service for any other appliance repair issues, and will recommend them to others.
