We had four small things wrong at our house and Alvin’s Plumbing came out the morning we called them. As a new homeowner the last thing I wanted to realize was plumbing issues in my home! City Mechanicals was extremely easy to work with, from the immediate communication after booking an appointment, to an immediate follow up after the work was completed to ensure I was 100% happy with the service I received! Freddie was extremely professional and quick to identify my issue and started the repairs immediately. He was professional, honest, and fair business wise but still maneuvered around my home with extreme care as if it were his own home! When I mentioned, I was a new homeowner, Freddie even went out of his way to go down to the basement to take a look at my furnace and hot water heater and explained when I should expect to service or look to replace! My experience from start to finish was excellent, so to say the least, they have earned a repeat customer for all my plumbing needs!

My upstairs bathroom's shower plumbing had let go and soaked the downstairs. I had taken down the sheetrock and cut all the old piping out (copper and PVC) I had repiped the PVC myself, however, I had never worked with copper. I called Harry in to repipe the upstairs shower and install shut-off values and the shower mixing valve. While my old house gave him a good fight (tight spaces, hard to reach for soldering) He did a great job and everything is working perfectly. Will use again, We are already talking about the next project!

Things that made this an easy experience:
-He was quickly available to do the work.
-He quoted me a fair price up front.
-He asked for pictures so that over the phone he could tell me about things that could increase the cost before even coming out. There are a lot of contractors that worry about losing the work so they come out first and then start to explain things to you. It was nice to have that talk about my options before hand. It also meant when he came out he was prepared to do everything in one day.
-He did the work quickly and was polite the whole time even when I turned the water on upstairs and accidentally got him soaked.
-He never made me feel like he was in a rush or had to leave once he was done. I always save my questions for the end and even better he started explaining things to me that I was going to ask about before I even had to ask.
5 stars. I will be calling him for all my plumbing needs going forward.
