- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a minimal non refundable service fee . Our techs come out to your home and provide our customers with options & upfront flat rate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send our amazing plumbers to your home or property to evaluate the reason you called us and then provide options to solve those issues at different levels of involvement at different price points. We believe it to be important for the customer to choose what works best for them and their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers are sent to continuing education through out the years for both their licenses as well as to keep up with the newest and best practices for products and techniques.
