Skyler showed up right on time, was wearing a mask, and was very friendly, polite and professional. The power to our HVAC had gone out completely. He found the problem within a few minutes, and since it was only a couple of loose wires in the furnace area, he did not charge anything for repairs. Of course there was the $89 consultation charge, but he did not charge anything else. From now on, Skyler will be my go-to man for HVAC work.

Compared to local HVAC Service "Tipping Hat" completed the needed task at 1/10 of their (proposed) cost!!! And at 1/3 of the cost of another HVAC local company "Mighty Plumbing and Heating" who was called for the same service and failed astronomically (zero stars). Will call Bill anytime for my A/C needs in the future.

Brad with Phoenix was scheduled to install the HVAC system in our addition. Multiple times he was scheduled to do our job and failed to show up. I repeatedly gave him new chances for 4 straight weeks and he continued to string us along the entire time. Eventually he stopped responding and I had to hire a new HVAC contractor. As a result of Phoenix not showing up, this caused major issues with electrical, plumbing & roofing which cost us an additional $6,000 to correct. The worst part is that other contractors who were scheduled behind Phoenix had to delay schedules and miss days of work and income due to Brad not having his work ready. Phoenix was unreliable, had poor communication & lack of professionalism. I would highly recommend avoiding Phoenix HVAC.

Our air conditioner had been broken down for a week and I was having a hard time getting anyone to come out to inspect and service our units. Our upstairs temperature had gotten over 90°. When I called precision they responded right away and had someone to our home within the hour. Love that they showed up on time and had the problem identified and repaired very quickly. I will definitely be using Precision again for my HVAC needs.

Reza and his team were everything I was looking for. They were punctual, polite, professional. They worked very quietly despite having to carry equipment up and down the stairs. Very respectful of property and the surroundings. Reza was very responsive in communication. And the total cost for a complete replacement of my HVAC came in several thousand dollars than what others were quoting. Yet I still got very good equipment (Trane). Finally, the quality of their workmanship was excellent. I am very satisfied with Reza and his company.

We have a gold membership with this company after paying over $10K for an installation, so we tried to return to this company for a simple AC repair, but the booking experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was promised a call from the dispatcher with an ETA, but I never heard anything back. I called three more times, only to be told that I wasn’t even booked for the day they promised. After arguing and waiting again, my husband found another HVAC technician who could come earlier, so we decided to cancel the appointment to avoid any further hassle.

Tech showed up 11AM (as scheduled) while I was not home yet, was pissed off at my wife from the get-go, asking if I was an HVAC guy. Telling my wife he did not know what the service call was for - despite Thumbtack messages and agreement of what was needed and cost for it. Calling owner pissed - was overheard complaining through the window outside. While the job request was very simple; add 2lbs of 410A coolant/freon to A/C - and go. My wife felt threatened by shere rudeness to the point that I drove from work home. And for context, we had 3 dozen contractors come through our house in the last 2 years of construction, without issues. When I came home, Tech was "fixing" my "Furnace"... that was neither requested, authorized - nor approved. After I called them out for it he stood up, told me I know it all. Slammed the door on his way out. And one job he came for, he could not attach a hose to the industrial standard bottle of 410A - could not get it to flow. That is like complaining that you can't pump up a tire on a car, there is just 1 interface and 2 parts (your own connector and industrial bottle fitting - one pushed the other for release). And instead of stopping the service call altogether, or giving me a call - he started fixing my furnace. What a joke, and diservise to this company (as they have 18 other techs). I will update this review depending on how the company handles this. Asked for another tech to finish - so far, 2 days in - no reply. In short, this was a disgrace.
Just to add to more drama from this service call... Went to bed turning the thermostat off... The A/C fan was still running, figured that was just some automated time gap before it went off. Woke up at 6AM fan still running... while 65F in the house, that for our household was cold (as it was cold outside). Go to basement, open furnace cover... what do I find; Tech left the blue Fan jumper on the Control Board - for constant fan operation. At that point, that fan runs for 19 hrs... and could have for days, had I not checked. Such unnecessary liability for the company.
Simple tips; never be rude to customers, never do more than requested unless authorized, read the job description before getting to the work site, address owners before incurring more cost... politeness goes a long way - so does an apology for screwing up.
