- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge the standard trip fee of $90 including diagnostic and evaluation charges. We present to the customer our Straightforward Pricing chart which includes all possible systems repairs from the lowest level 1 repair to the highest level 10 repair. We will show the customer at what level the repair is after diagnostic, and we will wait for the customer’s permission before we proceed to the repair. The total charge will be the trip fee +repair charge; if it is a huge repair, we will waive the trip fee.

All customers are treated the same way, which mean we will offer them our highest standard of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have electrical systems associate degree diploma and HVAC systems trade school diploma and license.
