This company is amazing! Called on a Thursday and had new AC on Friday in the heat of the summer. FairPoint is affordable and provides high quality service and installation. The owner speaks from a mechanical point of view and he is not a salesman. He installs only what I needed while other companies wanted to sell me much more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Tyler and his crew did an amazing job! They installed a new furnace and A/C, as well as reconfigured some pipes in our basement. He was, by far, the most reasonable estimate we got and we are very pleased with the performance of both units. I cannot recommend FairPoint enough!

Tyler is great! I called him on the coldest day in Feb 2023 when our furnace went out! He came immediately and spent 2 hours to get it to work so we had heat. We did get a new furnace and AC from him and his prices were fair and uses the best. He was thorough and when we turned our AC a few days ago, he did find out to check that everything was okay and re-checked both furnace and thermostat was running smoothly. Highly highly recommend since he does great work, is responsive and has good prices and very friendly and personable!
