He did an additional snaking that cleared some on the clog which allowed him to use his video camera to better asses the issue. He then walked us thru drain issue completely with sharing video of the issue. He then used the water jet to clear the rest of the clog. He pointed why the issue occurred and suggested remedies as well as providing a quote to do the work. There was no high pressure sales for them I do the work. I felt confident trusting his work and his recommendations. I highly recommend his services!!!!"See more
