- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very competitive pricing for our services, and to really show that we are confident with our work, most drain cleanings come with a 1 year warranty!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get all the information needed from the customer to set them up the appointment. They will received notifications when the job is scheduled and reminders if the job is not the same day. The customer will get notifications when the technician is on the way.
