I had an appointment at 11:00 am. I received an e mail after 10:00 asking to reschedule between 10:00 and 12:00. Just after 12:30 I called as they were no show. I was told they would be about 1:00. I called at 1:30 was told they would check with the tech I called again at 2:10 was told they would have the tech call me. Just after 2:30 and told them I was tired of waiting and wanted to cancel they said Sorry we will cancel. Waisted the day for a no show no call.

We apologize for the CSR's telling you that we were on the way for you appointment since they should've have know by looking at the schedule that you did not have an appointment scheduled for Saturday 11/02. You did an instant booking through Thumbtack and scheduled the appointment for Tuesday 11/05 from 11am-1pm. We reached out through Thumbtack to confirm the date scheduled and to see about either moving the appointment up to 10am or back to 12pm but never heard back so we kept your appointment for 11/05 from 11am-1pm. If you would like to keep your original appointment date let us know.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get all the information needed from the customer to set them up the appointment. They will received notifications when the job is scheduled and reminders if the job is not the same day. The customer will get notifications when the technician is on the way.
