It’s never a good thing to call a plumber for a plumbing failure in the midst of an event where you need the plumbing to work, but that’s always the way it is. I had to get a sump pump fixed stat in the midst of a rainstorm to prevent my basement from flooding, so cost was second to responsiveness. Niza Plumbing gave me options and when I selected replacement of the existing pump, the plumber got to work. Within hours, he fixed the problem and charged me a reasonable fee for the effort and responsiveness. The basement remains dry and I can sleep at night. A+ Would hire again.

Unbelievably honest, professional and punctual. Niza treated me like his family/friends. He even called the water heater company to check the warranty. (Which he really didnt have to) When that didnt work, he told me I should try my home warranty, and if that didnt work, call him to do the job. I cant even believe there are still honest people like him around us. I will definitely call him again for my plumbing issues. Definitely recommended.
