Overall a great experience from Jose and his team at J.R. Rooter’s! He was quick to contact me regarding my plumbing issues and set up an appointment the very same day! On arrival we discussed needs and Jose and the team got to work right away. Jose was knowledgeable and no question was left unanswered. He even helped us out with an unrelated job in addition to the requested work. I’ve hired John of Jammed Plumbing and Rooter twice now. He’s a professional who’s gone through all of the correct training and has paid his dues. That said, having paid his dues, he doesn’t pass the costs onto his clients. His bid on the first job was 40% of what others wanted AND he was able to explain how the part’s previously used (and recommended by others) were incorrect and why. That was two months ago. So-far, problems with his work (which he guarantees). The second job he did was expensive but still I’m convinced that others would charge twice as much. I trust John fully and recommend him!
