Theodore was responsive, efficient, professional and got the jobs done fast! We failed to obtain the water lines and he had to go out and purchase them for us without hesitation or complaint. He installed a garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet nicely without breaking the bank! He will definately be our AV go-to plumbers.

Theodore has just renewed my faith in Plumbing. He was the only person who didn't try to upsell me a new $300 faucet and immediately diagnosed the issue without having even seen the faucets. He is polite, texts right away and showed up at a precise time and not a 6 hour window like others. He requested model numbers ahead of time and already brought the parts with him. In less than 20 minutes both my faucets were fixed and under $150. He is a total pro who went the extra mile without the added price tag.
