Very impressed and grateful to have found Theodore to help me with numerous plumbing repairs. Great communication, on time, professional and very fair pricing. I can’t thank him enough, and highly recommend his services. Installed a garbage disposal disposal, replaced an outdoor faucet, replaced faucet fixtures and installed a sink among a few other things. Theodore was responsive, efficient, professional and got the jobs done fast! We failed to obtain the water lines and he had to go out and purchase them for us without hesitation or complaint. He installed a garbage disposal and a new kitchen faucet nicely without breaking the bank! He will definately be our AV go-to plumbers.

They hydro-jetted and used a camera to inspect my main bathroom drain, and they installed a two-way cleanout. Theodore has just renewed my faith in Plumbing. He was the only person who didn't try to upsell me a new $300 faucet and immediately diagnosed the issue without having even seen the faucets. He is polite, texts right away and showed up at a precise time and not a 6 hour window like others. He requested model numbers ahead of time and already brought the parts with him. In less than 20 minutes both my faucets were fixed and under $150. He is a total pro who went the extra mile without the added price tag. Tim was on time & installed 2 120 volt tankless water heaters as agreed , I had to hire a electrician for the electrical part. Unfortunately after everything still no hot water, so I’m waiting on a flow restrictor value to see if that resolves it, if not I will have to remove the kitchen unit & install a 220 line & replace the unit with a 220 volt tank. So not happy with the outcome but no fault from plumber.
