Woke up without any running hot water and had a mild panic attack. Reached out to several plumbers and Victor said he could arrive within the hour to take a look at what's happening. He promptly arrived and checked on my water heater and asked if I knew how old it was, suggesting that parts could still be under warranty. Victor ran a diagnostic and luckily it wasn't anything major, and he was able to restore hot water service within an hour of his visit. Amazing and prompt service and I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Thank you Victor!
