I am very pleased with the service that was provided by Victor and his team. They were very professional and efficient. I had a hard time finding someone that could properly install my quartz tub and fix the previous work . I contacted them and they reached out to me the same day. They came to my home and took a look at the project and gave me an estimate that I considered was a reasonable price . They came the next day to install my quartz tub . They were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done . I will definitely use them again for my future projects! I will attach before and after photos .

Victor is very professional and responsive. I’ve sent out the urgent request on Friday as the water heater started leaking and had to be shutoff to stop the leak. He reached out right away and provided me with his preliminary diagnosis based on my uploaded pictures. He provided very reasonable price to replace the water heater if that’s indeed the problem. Given the house is without hot water for shower and etc, he offered to drive by right away to confirm the diagnosis. His sense of urgency was very much appreciated. After he checked it out, it has to be replaced. Once again, Victor act quickly and pick up the new water heater the next day and install it. Great service (quality and timely). I would highly recommend him.

I have nothing but great things to say about Victor and appreciate his help immensely. Our kitchen sink's water pressure went down a ton after a new dishwasher was installed. Victor came over soon after I reached out and found that the faucet was clogged with calcium buildup. We bought a new faucet and his technician came in on the following day and installed the new faucet free of charge. On both days (Sat and Sun) they came early in the day, never leaving us sitting around wondering where they were. We will be having them return to install an air gap into our kitchen sink. Victor had great responsiveness, calling me when needed and responding to texts as well. He is not out to grab your money, he is honest and is there to help you. THANK YOU.

We ended up handling additional work ourselves, such as patching the drywall that was opened during the line installation. If you’re considering hiring, I recommend having a thorough discussion upfront to clarify the entire project and confirm what is included in the quoted price.
