We had a cracked toilet that needed to be replaced. Mario answered the call and was very professional throughout the process. He came on time, explained everything and answered all the questions I had. He even gave me tips on maintenance. He was very professional, easy to talk to, like talking to an old friend, very honest and detail oriented. Left the area cleaner than he found it. (He even put on shoe covers when entering the house!) It was a wonderful experience. He will be the first one I call for any future plumbing work. Thanks again Chief!

I had guests arriving the next day and lo and behold one sink in bath is not draining @ 2 pm the day before. He responded to message within thirty minutes, arrived in two hours. Fixed...and less $$ than the others. You cannot go wrong with Mr. Drain Chef.

Mario is an exceptional plumber. He is caring. He spent more than an hour speaking with me on multiple calls trying to help me understand the complicated problem I was having, and even had me speak with a competitor who had expertise in a particular area where I was having trouble. His prices are extremely reasonable and he is punctual, a rarity nowadays. He’s a great guy, and if I could give him a rating higher than a five star, I would!
