I had an emergency issue at 1:30AM with my clogged toilet overflowing in the middle of the night! I called all the advertised plumbers available 24/7 but no one answered except David. He listened to my problem and arrived in 15 min. - so prompt and fast arrival at this hour of the night!
He diagnosed the problem and went to work right away in such a confined space. The clog was not clearing completely as expected even though it was flushing, and he kept at it with the toilet snake he had, applying all techniques to reach the problem.
He didn't leave until it was completely cleared. He informed me of what was causing the problem, solutions, and what to look out for to avoid future occurrences.
He never gave up, he cleared it, and ensured that it was fixed by repeating the process even after it was flushing.
He was more than fair with the pricing, especially at this time of the night on a Sunday.
He was professional, and courteous, and his friendly and caring personality made the whole ordeal stress-free.
He truly shows concern for his customer and the plumbing issue they're having.
He went above and beyond my expectations, I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a professional plumber with best quality service, and I will only go to him for my plumbing needs from now on.
