This is my second time using Santwan’s services within a few weeks. True to form he did exceptional work. Replaced an old and smelly sink disposal unit and left it looking brand new. Santwan was incredibly polite, honest, and punctual. He worked hard to install a grill (in downpouring rain!), went to the hardware store twice to buy a missing part, and was honest about charging us -- he didn't charge us for the extra time it took him to go get the parts. As someone who has worked with many contractors who try to price gouge you after arriving on site, I really appreciated Santwan's honesty and integrity. He was also very punctual and professional.

Santwan came out on a Saturday to fix an issue with the pipe that drains water from my washer that was overflowing. He was very professional and explained what type of issues it could be. He ended up snaking my pipe a few times until the clog came out. His rate is very reasonable. I recommend Plumbing Bay Area.
