I have a rental property with two bathrooms that needed a re-routing of drains. They had to excavate one bathroom floor and were able to access the second bathroom through this same opening. There was also an issue they uncovered in the wall, where a unneeded a clean-out was leaking and they were able to cap it off. A new clean-out was added at the perimeter of the house near the bathrooms. The work also included trenching under part of the driveway and they patched this as well. They even worked with me to save a tree that had roots that were a possible issue. The work was done ahead of schedule. The crew working under crew leader Ben was on time, clean, and got all the issues handled as promised. Pricing was reasonable and any changes along the way were discussed as they occurred.
