They falsely say they can make an appointment on the app but once you confirm, they tell you they don’t book appointments through the app and have to go through a separate booking service. They also don’t provide estimates for the work in advance for basic services.

Javier and Manny were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond to the call and quickly came up with a game plan for repair. The plumbing is in an old house so it was complicated. They figured out the problem! We were able to negotiate a fair price for the work. I would hire them again.

Had a great visit by Steven who was friendly and ended up not even charging me for his time because the clog seemed to have fixed itself. I offered to pay a service fee but he would not take my money! Great company, will call them next time for sure.

These guys want your money more than fixing your problem. After I paid $250, Team Rooter wanted $4600 and 2 days and 2 guys to fix my problem. I called the second plumber, he fixed the problem in 3 hours by himself and only charged $250.
