He is exceptionally knowledgeable, he’s credentialed, he’s passionate, he is EFFECTIVE. He’s also personable, intuitive, concerned and he’s fun to be around. But you will get worked, even in only 30 minutes. He won’t let you quit on yourself. I had done a bit of everything (CrossFit, Burn Boot Camp, Orange Theory, Insanity, etc), gained the weight, lost the weight, gained it back. When I got lucky enough to be paired with Sam, there was a lot to repair. Had to correct my form and fix my nutrition but Sam was patient. He has set me on a sustainable path and I’m off the rollercoaster of losing the weight just to gain it back. Even now that I’m on my own, anything I do in the gym, Sam taught me.
