Damon is always professional, encouraging, and motivated me with new and challenging workouts. He paid attention to my history with fitness and my past injuries and planned workouts accordingly; and we always had fun. I highly recommend training with Damon!!

I don’t know where to begin with this: working with Damon has been a life changing experience. I’ve been able to develop a healthier relationship with exercise, nutrition and health as a whole, while losing close to 90 lbs over the past 1.5 years.
Damon is able to be what you need. He will push you and keep you accountable, but balance it with compassion and insight into your goals.
He was able to help me reach my goals of getting in better shape for backpacking and hiking, and to get in shape for a career in firefighting.

Damon is helping me bulk & recovery from a sports injury. He has been punctual every session. He has helped me tremendously with my form & preventing new injures. He has also provided a delicious meal plan. I highly recommend reaching out to schedule a session before he gets completely booked.
