Really bad experience. (1) the plumber did not diagnose the problem correctly. Asked me to change the faucet for $225 labor when the actual leak was in drain pipe. After changing faucet - he asked me pay another $150 to change the drain pipe. (2) asked me for an extra $100 to just put batteries in my touchless faucet. I did that myself within exactly 30 secs. (3) did not patch the wall he cut open to change the drain pipe.
Would highly recommend to keep looking for a different plumber.

I hired Chandler’s Plumbing to fix slow-draining basins and a leaking toilet flush. The plumber was highly skilled, professional, and efficient. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Called Elite Rooter a couple weeks ago for a simple job: a couple sinks were slow to drain including the shower. They were quick to reply and good availability.
From there that was probably the only positive thing: the plumber they sent was okay/professional.
He worked on the shower, started to do some work in the kids bathroom sinks but told me that he can’t complete the job for that sink and will be back on Monday between 9:30am and 11:30am. He didn’t mention anything that he messed up the sink and since it was the day prior to 4th of July we did end up with a leaking sink for 3.5 days!
A few hours after he left I went to check the sink wondering what he did and then discovered the leak! Obviously the plumber didn’t mention anything and I spent a lot of times throwing water from the bucket and drying the area where it was slowly leaking. It was a busy weekend so hard to get someone else.
Guess what, trying to reach out to them over the long weekend didn’t get me anywhere. On the Monday of course no one did show up between 9:30am and 11:30am. Finally I was able to get someone on the phone, at first they told me they can only send someone 4 hours later, and then after getting a call from someone higher up, magically they could send someone right away.
The plumber that came was professional and got the sink fixed. So 👍 for that was good and at least didn’t charge anything for the mess they created. So that plumber get 5 stars in my book. The other plumber get zero star but the company overall get a 2 stars rating because of the over non professional behavior, and slow to reply.
