I cannot judge the quality since I am not a plumber but Valentino was very responsive and did a great job communicating what he thought the job would entail before starting work. Had a drain in the back yard not draining. He did troubleshooting and ultimately fixed the issue.

I had an emergency sewer drain clog. I found Antonios company Plumber and Rooter service. They arrived within 45 minutes after contacting. Jose and Jonathan arrived. Both were very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was cleared before I knew. Perfect timing as my plumber just retired. Antonio will definitely be my new go too guy. Thank you!

He bid $125 to clear the drain of a light well. Came within the half hour arranged arrival window. Swept clean the roof area. Found after the water initially drained that water backed up again. Determined that there was another clog underground near the sewer connection. Since there was no cleanout at the ground level and drain pipes were corroded (I had patched holes with plumbers putty and duct tape) He replaced the pipes for another $250 plus parts. This involved cutting away some cross beams to pull the pips out. Only minor complaint I noticed the next day that was that he didn't close tight the faucet to get water for testing the drain so there was a slow drip.

I had a clogged shower drain and Max sent two of his plumbers (Chris and Corey) the next business day to fix it. They were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the issue was more severe than expected, but Chris found a workaround that will hopefully be less expensive.
Some follow up work still needs to be done, but I'm hopeful that it won't be too involved.

The job was not completed to my satisfaction. I requested that the plumbing be lowered behind the washer and instead it was lowered a half inch from the first location, leaving it still visible. Mr. Rooter is also very complicated for scheduling purposes, first someone calls and confirms that she will send a plumber out, then she calls again to ask if it is ok for him to come, and lastly waits for you to call back before sending him out even though you already confirmed the time directly with the plumber. Definitely a flawed system and not efficient. I will not be using this company again. Basically, $450 down the drain, that I will not be able to recoup and now need to have the work redone by a professional. Don't wait your hard earned money, there are plenty of other capable men and women who will and can do the job to YOUR requirements, not Mr. Rooters easy standards. Skip this place!

The bad —
- Tried to snake through the trap (you’re supposed to remove it first) and broke the trap then charged me for replacement.
- Failed to snake the sink, left it worse than we started. He said we had to hydro jet or use acid, both of which are no-no’s for old houses with old plumbing. When I called another plumber, the other guy removed the trap, snaked the drain and got everything done without acid or hydro jetting.
- since nothing got fixed (in fact, more things got broken) I said it seemed unfair to charge me. Charged me $185 anyway.
The good —
- he is responsive and punctual.
- despite failing at the job, he was never rude or unprofessional. Just not effective.

We had a slow draining sink that eventually got backed up. There was some stinky water and also some sand in the plugged up kitchen sink. Concern was that the sand in the sink might be from a broken pipe that was letting soil and sand surrounding the pipe back in. Come to find out it was just years of debris and what-not causing the backed up pipe, and the sand was more than likely just from the roof drainage. Anyhow I ended up hiring Kenneth Asire Plumbing to fix the job and couldn't be happier with the experience and the results.
