Great experience with Walter. Quick responsiveness late at night the night before. Around 11:30pm he responded and said he could be there the next day at 6pm. I paid exactly what I was quoted, with installation of 2 nest thermostats and some rewiring done in the attic. He did it in an hour, and even gave us good advice about our filters in the attic. Would definitely hire again! Great service.

Pleasant experience with Walter.
My furnace stopped working and my Google Nest Thermostat displayed an error code. On my initial contact with Walter, and after explaining my issue, I was confident he could resolve my issue.
Walter maintained a high level of transparency throughout the entire process, providing me with pictures and videos of the issue, as I was unable to inspect it myself due to the furnace being located in the attic. Even after resolving the issue and installing new parts, Walter showed the old parts along with the new parts installed.
Walter didn’t just repair my furnace; he also took the time to educate me on the inner workings of a furnace.
I will definitely be using Walter again for my furnace and AC maintenance.
