Pleasant experience with Walter. My furnace stopped working and my Google Nest Thermostat displayed an error code. On my initial contact with Walter, and after explaining my issue, I was confident he could resolve my issue. Walter maintained a high level of transparency throughout the entire process, providing me with pictures and videos of the issue, as I was unable to inspect it myself due to the furnace being located in the attic. Even after resolving the issue and installing new parts, Walter showed the old parts along with the new parts installed. Walter didn’t just repair my furnace; he also took the time to educate me on the inner workings of a furnace. I will definitely be using Walter again for my furnace and AC maintenance.

I couldn’t be more pleased about my decision to choose Walter at HVAC Holiday Repairs for the repair of our furnace that was shutting itself off several times a day. He texted and called me immediately after I inquired, and set up an appointment for the following morning. But first he gave me some suggestions of things to troubleshoot, and they worked! I was able to cancel the appointment, and he wouldn’t take any money for the help he offered. I will certainly keep Walter’s name and number handy for future troubles. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend his services.

Walter was phenomenal. I tried calling a few different HVAC services but they were nothing like Walter. He was on top of communication and he saved me money during the repair process. You will not find a man as good and as honest as Walter! Hire him for your HVAC repairs and you will not be disappointed.

Walter was really incredible to work with, he did an assessment of the unit and was able to point out the areas that didn’t work. He also was really great about explaining to me how the unit should work and how my family and I can help to maintain the unit as long as possible. It’s an older unit but replacing it is just not in the budget right now. He explained each piece that he was working on in the steps that he was doing to fix it, he provided me with options based on what I would be able to afford. And then at the end, we did a walk-through to see the impact of the air conditioning temperature in the house. My family and I think that our unit is working better than it has the entire two years that we’ve lived here. I would recommend Walter any day, I told him that he’s already on speed dial in my phone.

I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed

I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
