If I could give 6 stars, I would! I have picked this company from "The Switch is On" portal, where various contractors offer their services with rebate programs for upgrading the heating and cooling systems to heat pumps with reimbursement from the state of California. I was pleased to see how quick RK Mechanical team was to respond and at the visit suggested best equipment for my request. Last month I have decided to upgrade my old gas furnace to new heat pump in my 1450 sq f house, so this hot summer I could have cool air with no high electrical bill. Eugene also suggested to upgrade also our ventilation system and engineered our ducting with 10 registers so the airflow will be satisfactory in the heat of the summer. The estimate they provided was free, the price for the project was very budget friendly, keeping in mind they also applied for rebate programs that will partially cover this system upgrade. I truly suggest these guys, since they were quick, budget friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Eugene and team, for my new Heat Pump, good luck with your business!

Fast and Professional!I recently had an issue with my heaterit was working perfectly for a while, but then it started functioning as a fan instead of providing heat. I reached out for service, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. Now, my heater is back to working as expected. The fee for the service was also very reasonable, especially since I thought I might have to buy a new heater. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating repairs.

The guys did a great job, they came quickly to provide an estimate, and after I confirmed it, they came the next day for installation and installed a new heat pump in one day. In the morning I still had the old furnace, and in the evening I was already using the new air conditioner.

RK Mechanical has now done two jobs for me. They installed a Heat Pump and later hooked up a smart thermostat. Both jobs were done quickly and correctly.
The staff is accommodating and very polite.
