- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer Consultation: The customer provides details about their unit, including the issues they’re facing, the age of the unit, and their expectations from us. 2. Scheduling & Confirmation: Our customer service team will collect the necessary information (name, address, email) and schedule the earliest available appointment with a technician. Customers will receive an appointment confirmation via text and email. 3. Technician Arrival: The technician will contact the customer when on their way to the appointment. 4. Service & Resolution: Depending on the service, the technician will either resolve the issue during the visit or provide a detailed evaluation report within 24 hours. 5. Payment & Satisfaction: We only charge the customer when the service is complete and they are fully satisfied with the work. 6. Review (Optional): We welcome customers to leave a review online to share their experience. 7. Post-Service Support: If any issues arise after the service, customers can contact Plan A Heating & Air at any time for assistance, ensuring the highest standard of service is met.

Trane HVAC Sales Training Program: This program equipped us with specialized knowledge and skills in HVAC systems, particularly in sales, allowing us to effectively recommend and customize HVAC solutions for clients based on their unique needs. 3. United Association Veterans in Piping (VIP) Program / Trade Warriors Program: Through these programs, we gained hands-on experience and industry insights, providing us with a solid foundation in piping, HVAC, and related trades, and preparing us to serve a diverse range of customers with the highest level of expertise. 4. MBA: Our owner holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Sacramento State University, which enhances our ability to efficiently manage operations, make informed decisions, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
