Very rapid response time and reasonable pricing. Plan A has checked off all of my boxes and did not try to upsell me on a new unit like all of these other companies. They do repair work which is probably what you’re looking for but they can also do new installs. Stop looking around and just ask them for their service, it will save you time and money!

Excellent service! I contacted Kyle at a very short notice when my AC unit suddenly stopped working during a heatwave. He responded promptly and scheduled to come in as soon as possible. Note that this took place during the high peak heat hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail, patiently answering all my questions.
The repair was done efficiently, and my AC was up and running in no time!

My AC stopped working and I called Plan A right away. They responded immediately and made appointment to come to my house the following day for diagnostic. It ended up that the compressor is old and broken so it needs to be replaced. Kyle immediately contacted someone in Sacramento and drove over there to purchase it for us and came back to replace it the next day !! Very professional service!
