Max from Einstein AC was a great help getting us info on our new home’s hvac system. He was able to give us diagnostics and tips on the best ways to use our AC. I would definitely recommend Einstein. My mom has used them in the past and the people who work there are professional and easy to work with.

We came home from work on a hot Friday night to discover our air conditioner had gone out. Over the weekend I made appointments with 3 other HVAC companies that couldn't make it out for another week. I kept looking because we have a dog, a kitten and 2 rabbits that couldn't be w/o air in 100 degree heat in the house for a week. I came across Northstar and booked an appointment online through Thumbtack for the following Monday. Then, a Northstar rep phoned me on Sunday, to confirm the appointment, and say they could come even earlier in the day. Northstar's HVAC technician, David Garcia, arrived 10 minutes early, and was as nice as he was professional and skilled. He came in to speak to my husband and me to get the details of the problem, then went out to the Lennox unit to assess the situation. In less than an hour he determined what was wrong and fixed it. I had told the Northstar rep on the phone our make and model, so apparently David was ready for what the problem potentially could be, and fixed it, just like that. I cannot tell you how happy we were with David. He told me he has been with Northstar for 10 years. He was so personable, capable and professional, he should be part owner. He represents the company like he is part owner, but he obviously is a proud team member of Northstar. The price was very reasonable considering Northstar's responsiveness, and David's troubleshooting skills and thoroughness in repairing the problem. It has been a month since the work was done, and David definitely fixed the issue -- it has been running like a charm. He replaced some electrical part that gets the condenser going. It was dead -- not kicking in to do the cooling, but David took care of it in one visit in less than an hour. My husband and I were so pleased we got their annual service, agreement too, which covers a maintenance call for the heating, the air conditioner, and plumbing too. Not sure how the plumbing part works. Anyway, I believe you'll be happy with Northstar too, and highly recommend them. They saved us and our animals when we really needed them.
