Having RCC do my work far exerted my expectations. I am selling my house and needed some safety work done that was found upon the official inspection. He put in six GFCI electrical outlets, and did the flue vent maintenance and upgrades. He sealed the gas vents that had not been sealed. He was responsive, efficient and did very good work. I will use his services again for future needs.

It was pretty much the hottest week of the summer so far. My air conditioner went out on me Friday evening. I was resigned to not being able to contact an affordable repairman before Monday morning. On a whim, Sunday night, I searched the Nextdoor app and found Artem with a perfect five-star review. I texted him, hoping to get a reply in the next day or so. He replied almost immediately, and agreed to come out at noon the next day. He worked all day long on my roof in the hot 90°+ sun, without complaining. I was afraid that I was going to have to replace my entire 25+ year old Carrier unit, but he managed to repair it and now it's working perfectly. He was prompt, punctual, polite, and professional. My air conditioner is now working perfectly, and I am extremely happy with him. He has my enthusiastic recommendation.

They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a hour. A technician from a different company came and told me I either needed a $1500 motherboard replacement or an entire new unit. Artem found and fixed the problem at a fraction of what the other guy had said. Definitely recommend.

I would prefer to discuss all issues in advance before starting work, so that the client understands how and when I will do it, and how much it will cost. It is possible to do this by correspondence.

I was trained as an installer and service engineer of ventilation and air conditioning systems.
