Wow quick story I called the team at R and R at 4 am after the heat in my house went out. My mom who I care for has to have heat due to her failing health. Whitney answered the phone! I was shocked I actually got A person at that hour of the morning. 45 minutes later the technician. Miguel showed up. After inspecting the furnace and diagnosing the issue, Miguel had my heat back up and running and 20 minutes flat. I'm not a technical person but Miguel explained it in a manner that I could understand. He was polite, personable professional and the price was very reasonable. Thank you R&R you guys rock! For anyone who has an emergency. It needs a quick reasonably priced repair by professionals. I highly recommend you use this company. Thanks again, miguel for all your hard work.

Brian replaced my furnace yesterday. He did a great job explaining what they would be doing and what to expect while they were working. Im really happy with the professionalism that he and Kolton showed. They did a great job cleaning up. Im very pleased with the furnace and the service that I received.
