15 percent off for a new customer and 20 percent off for a regular (repeated) customer
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a call to schedule a convenient time for your service. Our technician will arrive within a one-hour window. We will then run diagnostics to identify any issues and provide you with a detailed estimate. If you choose us for the job, we will waive the service call fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are all licensed professionals with extensive educational and on-the-job experience. Many of our technicians have backgrounds in engineering and are trained in both electrical and HVAC systems, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle a wide range of issues with expertise and precision.
