I am so try to have to write this review about EZ Plumbing. Initially, EZ Plumbing responded to my project with a quote that I could handle. When I responded to EZ Plumbing, it was not EZ. He did not respond at all and after Thumbtack Customer Service emailed him he still didn’t respond, which now has come across as unprofessional but rude. Why would any contractor advertise, send the client a quote and then not respond? It makes no sense and he doesn’t respond to text, calls or voicemail messages. Take my advice and research other contractors that are eager to work, respond timely and conduct themselves in a professional manner. Very DISAPPOINTED!

His work is outstanding, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly when he said, he was expeditious in getting the issue resolved and he was enjoyable to talk with. He was patient with my many questions ( called in leaky bathtub, but had other questions regarding shower, sprinklers,etc) and you can tell he cares about you and whatever the plumbing issue. Georgie was on time. He reviewed the scope of work (install 2 replacement faucets and drains in 2 bathrooms) and identified a couple problem areas (the plumbing under the drain had a lot of built up bacteria and was generally in bad shape) that I had missed. Georgie has the parts to make replace the bad plumbing as well. No leaks and looks great. He cleaned up after the job. During the process of completing the work he shared information keeping us informed on issues and progress. He was more expensive than some other quotes but well worth it. I will definitely use him again.

We needed to swap out our water heater and change it over to a tankless water heater. Chuy came out and checked the space, did research to find the most appropriate and reliable tankless unit for us and ran a couple of options by us so we had our choice. He was able to get complete the work in our required timeline, was communicative and professional the entire process, and did a very nice job with the install - leaving everything very clean and secure. We will definitely use his services in the future for plumbing needs!

Joshua was professional yet friendly. He explained what the job entailed and about how long it was going to take. I was missing a part to complete the project, Joshua ran to Home Depot, purchased the part and completed the job. He charged only what the part cost rather than marking it up for profit and keeping it for himself. The price he quoted didn’t change except for the missing part. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, I will call Joshua for the job and tell my friends about his service. Great job!
