Jorge responded quickly & showed up exactly when he said he would. He's a courteous, respectful professional. Jorge eliminated the problem we were facing. We liked himself much that we had him come back a 2nd time to replace the kitchen faucet. Once again, Jorge was at the house when he said he'd be here and he did a great job. Thanks, Jorge! Jorge responded immediately after I posted the job to replace our broken garbage disposal. It was leaking a lot of water from the bottom so our kitchen sink was unusable. Not only did he use the Thumbtack system to respond, he texted and called me. We scheduled for the next morning. He arrived early with his helper and got to work. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing hookups for the disposal and dishwasher. The install looks great! Much better than what was there before. We would happily use his services again. He even brought a new power cord with him in case we needed it and we did! Before he left we had a few questions about some additional things in our showers and helped us with those also.
