I had an emergency my water heater was hissing and leaking water. I made a late evening call and a tech came over asap and cut the heater off. The next day 2 other techs came over and removed the and installed a new water heater. I am very happy with the the work that was done.

He removed my interior tankless hot water heater and I bought a new outdoor unit and he installed it. He also had my shower drain into a bucket outside with a sump pump in it with a garden hose - so I could use my shower water to water the grass. It works great.

Rob and crew did an excellent job installing my new tankless water heater. He was very considerate, listened to my concerns, explained things to me, and did a great job with the installation at a fair price. He also offered a warranty on the installation. I ended up getting my own electrician to install the power for the unit, but before even coming out Rob also asked the needed questions and provided options for that. He even provided his estimate over thumbtack which few people were willing to do. If you're putting in tankless I would definitely recommend him.
