- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is upfront and transparent. Our pricing reflects licensed, code-compliant water heater installation using quality materials. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges—everything is discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We occasionally offer maintenance discounts or seasonal promotions. Emergency or after-hours service may have an additional fee, which is always communicated in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward. We start by understanding your issue and confirming the type, size, and fuel source of your water heater. If needed, we schedule an on-site visit to properly evaluate venting, gas, or electrical requirements and code compliance. Before any work begins, you’ll receive clear, upfront pricing and a full explanation of the recommended solution. Once approved, we complete the work efficiently, cleanly, and to California code. We review the installation with you before leaving and make sure all your questions are answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed plumbing contractor with hands-on training focused specifically on water heater systems. My experience includes tank and tankless water heater installation, diagnostics, venting, gas and electrical connections, expansion tanks, and California code compliance. I stay up to date on manufacturer requirements and local codes to ensure every installation is done correctly, safely, and passes inspection.
