Josh went above and beyond replacing a water heater for my tenants in our rental property. Besides staying late on a Friday to get the job done same day, he helped move and install a dryer that Home Depot had delivered to make sure there weren’t obstruction problems later. His communication is also great (both texts and phone calls to explain solutions). I recommend him to any property owners who need reliable service.

A++++ experience! Other companies told me they couldn’t help until tomorrow and we’d need to order parts and contact the manufacturer, but west coast heaters walked me through how to fix it myself immediately. They saved us from a night of cold showers and not being able to use our gas range. Very kind, great communication, and I appreciate his honesty. We plan to use them for yearly maintenance. Highly recommend!

I am extremely happy with my experience. They were very responsive and were even able to schedule a time to come out within a short period of time from when I put in the request. After the service check was done on my water softener I was given a very thorough explanation of what was happening and why. I would definitely recommend West Coast Water Heaters to anyone looking for service on their water softener.
