Brian went above and beyond helping us with our hard water. He installed a water softening system and made sure that everything worked flawlessly, and even addressed a few extra items to boot. Brian is truly exceptional! I’m so happy I reached out to him as I needed to replace my 13-yr-old water heater, which was in its last leg. Brian was responsive, punctual, timely, and incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He offered me a fair price and the assurance I would be taken care of from beginning to end, which indeed happened. There was a manufacturer defect in the water heater he installed for me and he went out of his way to buy the replacement part himself and drove to Ventura and back twice so that I didn’t have to wait the 4-5 days the manufacturer told him it would take for the part to arrive. He was just at my place today, a mere couple of days since installation and made sure that the product worked perfectly after he replaced the defective part. I’m so thankful and grateful for his work, his honesty, professionalism, kindness, and his great sense of humor was also a bonus 😁 Do not hesitate hiring him; he will be the one I call to help me with everything at my place from now on. Brian was super prompt. Had a potential issue with one of my pipes supplying my water heater and he was actually able to come over that afternoon and solve the problem. Brian replaced a shower head, valve and trim, and installed a new outdoor shower set up. He put down drop clothes and plastic, and cleaned up afterwards. He asked for my input throughout the day for my preferences. He was dog friendly. He let me know exactly when he would be turning the water on and off. Even worked today on his birthday.
