I originally reached out thinking I had a clogged pipe. I’m a new home owner and was trying to get a washer installed. Frank came out and patiently took his time to diagnose the issue, ensuring that we had all the information and evidence needed to decide what to do next.
Turns out, our new home which was built in the 1950s had cracked and corroded cast iron pipes throughout the house and in our front yard.
