Here's the short version: Look no further! Choose J and J HVAC, get great service, and save thousands of dollars! Now the long version: If you're shopping around for HVAC service, you're probably not very happy about it. I know the feeling, because back in September, one of my AC compressors died on me. I immediately knew I was in for a multi-thousand dollar expense. Not fun! I started looking around for HVAC companies, and I even got an estimate from a company contracted through Costco. I love Costco, and I figured I'd get a great rate through them. Boy, was I wrong! I got an estimate to just replace the compressor on my 11 year old system--not replace the whole condenser unit, and it was very high. I then had John from J and J HVAC come out and take a look at my system. He was very courteous and professional from the beginning. He went over my options with me, and in the end, I was able to get a whole new condensing unit with a much higher SEER rating than my existing system FOR LESS than what the other company wanted to charge me just to replace my old compressor! The tech who did the work was also very professional courteous. He did a great job, and I had my new AC unit up and running very quickly. Like I said, it's no fun having to replace any HVAC equipment, but I know I got a great deal with great service by choosing J and J HVAC. You should do the same!

Had an awesome experience with Justin and his team to replace one of our hvac units. From estimate to install, it was all complete within 3 days. Justin gave all the options and provided his honest recommendation that suits our needs without trying to upsell. They were flexible in accommodating us on a weekend for the install. John was super responsive, arrived to our home on time and quickly determined that our HVAC was operating as intended. He also discovered evidence of roof rats and suggested we reach out to our pest control company ASAP. I appreciated his timeliness, professionalism and honesty, when it comes time to replace our A/C units I’ll definitely be reaching out to J and J!

Ricardo and his team have done an incredible job. We had an emergency where our 4T HVAC unit died yesterday, and our house got uncomfortably hot. We also have an old 3.5T HVAC unit and wanted to replace both of them. We had several contractors make bids, and Ricardo was not only the most reasonably priced, but his bid beat most of his competitors by over $5,000!!! We knew he was our guy when I got to speak with him, and got to learn what a great guy he is. He had a really big job scheduled for today (involving city inspections), and he still made time to install both units at my house today! His crew was very polite and professional, wore masks, and took great care to not mark up our walls (when bringing the units up the stairs). They cleaned up after themselves, and left our house as clean as it was when they got here. One reason his prices are so reasonable is that he doesn’t carry the same overhead that other businesses have (such as large marketing budgets, capital equipment, etc.), which allows him to pass on those savings to his customers. I would highly recommend Ricardo to my family, friends, and anybody else looking for an honest, fairly priced, hard working company to get the job done right. He is our go-to HVAC and roofing guy going forward!

After I reached out to J and J, I was responded to promptly and professionally. They assessed and solved my problem much faster than I anticipated. J and J also warrantied a part that I didn't know was covered instead of charging me for it and keeping the profit (I didn't ask either, they just did it to be honest). After the work was completed, the owner answered several general questions that I had without making me feel "small." I will be using J and J for all of my HVAC needs, including my twice a year check ups. Thank you for the wonderful help that you gave my family and me!!
