J & L Plumbing and Air did a great job handling my water heater issues. Ryan was prompt and contacted me prior to arrival to assess the problem. He disconnected failing water heater and made sure water was routed properly to use until approval and order was placed. Also, Ronny arrived on today and installed the new water heater to code with no issues. He had called to let me know he was on the way as well. They both did outstanding work and were very informative on the processes. They have excellent customer service and it was appreciated. Thank you..
