I had a water heater emergency with a leak, and AZ Home Services Group responded quickly and efficiently. Ylysses, the technician, was extremely thorough and professional. He recommended upgrading to a tankless water heater, which has been a great choice. Throughout the installation, Ylysses explained every step of the process clearly, and even took the time to check the water hardness in my reverse osmosis system to ensure everything was in top shape. The owner also went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. Overall, I highly recommend AZ Home Services Group for their excellent service and expertise!

I had problems with my hot water heaters. AZ Home Services Group responded right away and came next day on a Sunday for assessment. Ulysses was extremely professional and didn’t try to over sell. After his assessment, we decided to go with replacing the old water heater. We got scheduled for the very next day. On the installation day, Ulysses and the team showed up on time and everything went smoothly.
