Scott technition came by today as scheduled and gave me a quote which was a reasonable, so decided to go ahead and hire his service. Hank and the team at Shaw did an excellent job installing a new water heater for us!
We had an appointment schedule with them for a week out. However, prior to our appointment, we found a leak was occuring in the old water heater, causing Avista to disconnect the current system.
With one call, Shaw Plumbing arrived promptly to replace the water heater ahead of time. Needless to say, we will be recommending them to anyone in need of their services!

I’m so pleased with the work I had done by Pipes n Paws. They responded to my message incredibly fast and were available to swing by and give me an estimate 15 minutes after that. Their estimate was cheaper than a previous one by another plumber and they were able to fix my faucet the next day (a Saturday morning, mind you!) All in all, I’m super pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, price, availability and really everything. They are my new go-to for all plumbing needs and I recommend anyone to give them I shot because you won’t be disappointed.
