- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use what they call flat rate pricing, so we can give the customer a fixed price for most repairs. This gives the customer peace of mind knowing what the total cost of the repair is going to be without any major suprizes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly training our installers and service technicians, through different factory an online training classes. We hold several certifications related to the work we do and have several industry memberships to keep informed on what is happening in our industry.
