JLR Plumbing was started over 20 years ago by John and Hallie Ripley out of their home with just a truck. Being a one-man show (owner/worker) keeps the costs low and satisfaction high. John has Plumbing and Management experience for the past 30+ years. John’s master journeyman plumbing license and continuing education helps us abide by a code of ethics that guides and directs the quality of our service to you. For two and a half years I’ve had plumbing issues, very specifically running and sometimes overflowing toilets. I’ve had three previous plumbers out and not one of them fixed the actual problem. Three bathrooms, three new toilets, and the problem persisted. I described the issue to John once and he said that it sounded like a pressure issue. He measured the pressure and he couldn’t quite believe it, so he did it again, still hovered right above 110. He installed a water pressure gauge at the intake to my house and reduced the pressure to 80. Not only have my toilets stopped running and overflowing, but my bills have decreased substantially. My water bills have been between $140-160 for over two years. My first bill after he installed the gauge mid month was $114, the next full bill was $108-. If you want quality work done right one time, and someone who will actually hear you, and is an absolute pleasure to work with, John is your guy!
