I think 5 star rating is not fair to those guys, they deserve 10, yes 10. I do not write reviews but this one is in appreciation of their services. Frustrated over the years that could not find tech working on printers, Yes there are new one for around $150 at Costco, but in my case I have old computer working with Window 95 but still would communicating with software programs written in "DOS" from early 1980. People that wrote software are no longer with us, no updates available at all and the only printer HP
from those yrs would work with this setup. Well after so many yrs printers are giving up. Had this one dead for 2 yrs, search on internet pointed to those guys. After e-mail and phone exchanges with hope I drove to different city and different county 1 hr in heavy traffic to meet with "Who's Is Your data" technicians. They give me warning that parts for that old printer are not aviel, but he look at his sources on internet & found used still working with price & shipment if they will not be able repair. Well did not have choice after several yrs finally someone give me hope. Few days later got call its working.....wow best news in 6 month I had. when I was picking up I brought another laptops to see if they can repair after many yrs of storing in my house. They are incredible knowledgeable technicians, up front with prices & expectations. Recommend to anyone
