SOS Geek has always been responsive. Today Jack assisted me with both my laptop and desktop for a major cleanup and reinistall of Windows. He explained everything he was doing efficiently and in layman's terms. My computers are running so well. He also gave me security advice, since mine has expired. I received full service in a very professional manner. SOS-G and Jack are my "go-to" technical assist.

OH MY WORD!! Jack was absolutely FANTASTIC!! In addition to being kind, patient and oh-s-helpful, this is a guy of integrity! He quickly located all my issues, continuing to fix them all the while having a rousing conversation!! (I can't even walk and chew gum at the same time never mind breeze through these complications!!) I HIGHLY recommend Jack ... and get this ... he EVEN calls a few days later to follow up to make sure all is well. Who does that nowadays!!! For anyone who has had computer issues - especially around Christmas, I feel your pain. Call Jack - it will be quick, painless, and you will feel extraordinarily grateful as do I.
