James is a kind and considerate person ... and ... he knows his way around a broken computer. I recently had a Windows 11 operating system failure that was rather perplexing, as they all are ... and ... James coached me for about a half hour on the telephone and sent me a useful debug-repair link on the Microsoft website. He didn't charge me a penny! James has my computer repair loyalty for life!

James. Is very honest, tells it like it is, professional wants the best solution for the customer. I have a computer that has a keyboard problem. James researched getting a replacement, cost of repairing and total cost. We both came to the conclusion it was not worth it. James could have just told me I needed it done but it wasn’t the right solution for me. I have kept James’s phone for future computer issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate for services. All services start at $100 + tax. $35 travel fee. prices varies on some services. This is the price before Parts if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Dell systems certified. Efficient in most Microsoft products.
