I am so pleased with Danika Plumbing on Friday, July 13th :( we discovered that we had water pooling in our front yard. Danika Plumbing came out to assess the damage they had a small fee to come out and assess the issue. The fee was very reasonable. I was terribly stressed at what the plumbers were going to tell me needed to be done. The plumbers informed me the worst information I was expecting to hear that our water main between the street and house was leaking.
Danika plumbing explained to me all my options and they varying costs. I chose to have the water main line replaced which was approximately 56ft from the street to the house. Danika quoted me a price that again was very reasonable for the job that needed to be done. The plumbers that came out were very honest with me about my options.
Danika took a step above the rest and notified me that some previous plumbers we had out to fix a leak under our house that the other plumbers used very cheap materials. We had Danika fix the plumbing from the previous plumbers as well.
We will definitely have Danika Plumbers back to fix other plumbing issues.

Obviously, Ocean Plumbing LLC does not manufacture one sinks faucet and one dishwasher so I would have to buy from somewhere else. if I buy at Costco, they install the Dishwasher but they would not do the faucet install so I wanted to give the job to Ocean Plumbing. Spoke over the phone with Ricardo several minutes and prior to purchasing items and he said he could install them in one visit does not have to go back and forth for removing the old dishwasher and connecting the new one, removing the old faucet, and installing the new one. I provided him pictures which are also attached here. Later on the call, he said that the price for these two install are :
dishwasher replacement (installing new & removing old) $450.00
faucet replacement (take out old and put new) $285
Probably plus 10% sales tax.
Of course, the customer provides all the equipment & and parts
I did not care about his pricing but it was a bad idea to trap a customer after someone places the order and gets delivered and then provide such a quote to install. I regret connecting and contacting Ocean Plumbing. I also tried to give them an opportunity to correct the misunderstanding by explaining that I already placed the order based on prior communication but he didn’t care about it. I really regret that I contacted them.
